LOBITO DE MAR RESTAURANT: LIGHTING FOR A MICHELLIN START

We carry out the lighting control of Dani Garcia’s new restaurant in Madrid: Lobito de Mar.
This is the marine concept of Dani García, the famous Andalusian chef with three Michelin stars. It is his second restaurant in Madrid and the sixth of the Dani Garcia Group.

The restaurant has space for 180 people between dining room and terrace, apart from the bar. In addition, the downstairs dining room can be turned into a large private room, with another room at the back that is a more intimate private room with capacity for up to 25 people.

The Dani Garcia group already has 6 restaurants in which it has established a standardization of environments for the comfort of its guests. In this management of the environment, lighting is essential.

The lighting of all these spaces is easily managed by the restaurant manager thanks to the Gira brand’s KNX lighting control, guaranteeing standardization in the rooms according to the policies established by the Dani Garcia Group.
